My anniversary 12th yr anniversary with my husband is coming up, and i wanna treat him to a nice dinner downtown. i want to do the whole romantic thing. a nice restaurant with a nice scenery something that is not your everyday spot.Good vibe, and dim. Any ideas?

If I am fired for working from my home office, may I collect unemployment insurance benefits?
I was hired by a company with a branch office in New Jersey. However, my signed offer letter states that my home office is in Brooklyn, NY. (I pay New York City and New York State taxes and do not pay New Jersey taxes). Still, I am continually harassed for not coming to the New Jersey office.
If I’m fired for not working at the New Jersey office, may I still collect unemployment insurance benefits? My pay checks are being sent to the New Jersey office. If they are not sent to my office in Brooklyn, are they technically withholding my pay?
Fired means no U/e 99.9 % of the time.
