Parents Night Out in New York City, midtown or West Side?

I lived in New York for many years when I was a young man, but now I’m coming back to visit in the 1st week of September with my wife and 2nd grade daughter. 90% of our activities will be for our little girl, but we’d like to go to the theater to see one grown-up show. Is there such a thing as a “Parents Night Out” at some reputable establishment? I’ve checked out the Met, the Museum of Natural History and the West Side YMCA with no luck.

New York City Unincorporated Business Tax

I can’t afford to do business in New York City anymore…?

I run a small mail order business and I live in New York City. I can’t afford to do business there anymore. Cash flow is not consistent, and between personal taxes and the “unincorporated business tax,” I cannot continue like this. I am always owing taxes and am tired of being harassed by state tax authorities for what are absurd amount of taxes. They like to suck you dry until your business goes out of business. How do I overcome this? I don’t want to leave New York City, but can I register an s-corporation in Florida, for example, and still run the business out of New York City? I do not want to break any laws, so any legal strategies would be most helpful.

I found a marriage record for Joseph J M Boyle and Mabel Hurley in Manhattan; Joseph’s parents being Michael J and Margaret M, and Mabel’s being Thomas F and Mary A. I then found a Joseph M Boyle living in NYC in 1900 with his father Michael b. 1846 in Ireland, and a brother Michael born in 1886. However, Joseph was listed as being born in 1882. I think that this was the family you were looking for though. Hope I helped!
