How old do you have to be to work at the Bronx Zoo in the summer?
I’m 14 years old & I want to know if I can work at the Bronx Zoo this summer. There probably aren’t anymore spots left for the jobs they have but I just want to know the age.
As I know,the Bronx Zoo don’t employ the workers under 18,so you can go to another place for part time job.
Since you are 14, I hope you have already applied for your work permit.
Pay is around $7.25 per hour and you can call (718) 220-5100 for the age.
"Enthusiastic adults 18 or older, who can serve weekdays or weekends for a minimum period of two years, are prime candidates for the program."
"Applicants to our program must be 18 years of age or older. An enthusiastic, friendly attitude and the ability to work well with a diverse audience are also required. All applicants must be cleared by a background check before they begin training."
