Download SA Map Cleaner - http://files.steve-m.com/mapcleaner-0.4b.zip
Open gta-sa.exe in map cleaner & mark all lines, except this six:
IDE DATA\MAPS\generic\vegepart.IDE
IDE DATA\MAPS\generic\barriers.IDE
IDE DATA\MAPS\generic\dynamic.IDE
IDE DATA\MAPS\generic\dynamic2.IDE
IDE DATA\MAPS\generic\multiobj.IDE
IDE DATA\MAPS\generic\procobj.IDE
& press “start”
After that copy (from the Archive with sa map cleaner) file MAIN.scm to \GTA_San_Andreas\data\script
& copy file water.dat to \GTA_San_Andreas\data
(I mean replace old MAIN.scm & water.dat)
Copy the folder “NY” to GTA_San_Andreas\data\maps
Copy NY.img to GTA_San_Andreas\models
Copy gta.dat to GTA_San_Andreas\data
Copy fronten2.txd to GTA_San_Andreas\models
That’s all
and START NEW GAME (this is important)
